Our practice involves Personal Injury, Business Transactions, Business Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Commercial Real Estate, Franchises and Wills Trust and Estates. While we are not a general practice law firm (we do not handle criminal or domestic cases), we are able to handle all aspects of our business client's needs. Our personal injury practice compliments our business litigation practice. Every case must be presented to a jury as jury are not specialists in the types of cases that must be presented to them. Having the ability to deal with personal injury clients and business clients gives us the unique ability to understand and deal with every case in the eyes of the jury that will make the ultimate decision.
