Harris Neck National Wildlife Refuge. We represented the Department of Interior in obtaining and assembling the final portions for the Harris Neck National Wildlife Refuge. This is property located along the coast of Georgia and is designated as a wildlife refuge. -Top-

 

Multiple Restaurant Locations. We represented a client in the sale and transfer of $100,000,000.00 worth of restaurant locations.

 

Development. We represent numerous developers in the acquisition and purchase of developmental property for commercial and residential development. These transactions range from $500,000.00 to $50,000,000.00 in value. -Top-

 

End-User Real Estate. These transactions involve the building of locations on out-lots. Our representation includes dealing with the seller and negotiating a contract, along with dealing and negotiating the financing in order to accomplish the purchase. We also deal with the contractors during construction and negotiate the construction portion of the contract.-Top-

 

Lease Negotiations. We represent national corporations that are engaged in the leasing of numerous warehouse facilities for its operations. These facilities range anywhere from 10,000 square feet to a million plus square feet. We are engaged in the complete negotiations of the lease and all matters involved in the transaction. -Top-

Fast Food Restaurants. Our client purchased several fast food franchise locations with existing franchise restaurants. This was a $25,000,000.00 deal. We represented the client through negotiations of the entire purchase, along with dealing with the lenders and negotiation of the financing. -Top-

Restaurant Sales/Sit-Down Restaurants. Our client sold several restaurants to an international company. This involved a $100,000,000.00 transaction with the sales of the restaurants, real estate and franchise rights. -Top-

Business Sales. Our client was the owner of a paper mill parts distribution business. We represented our client in the sale of his business to a national distribution company. Our representation involved negotiation of the entire contract, sales, along with an employment agreement for our client with a Golden Parachute to protect our client through retirement.
