Our construction litigation experience has involved a broad range of issues impacting construction projects. Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Davidson, Fuller & Sloan, L.L.P. is fully qualified to engage in representation of clients in various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution. This involves representation of clients before governmental arbitration panels and mediators as well as private arbitrators and mediators.

ADR is a variety of methods used to quickly and more efficiently resolve disputes. It is very common in employment litigation and construction litigation. Generally, these involve arbitration which is similar to a trial in many except no jury is involved. While we at Davidson, Fuller & Sloan, L.L.P. strongly believe in the right to a jury trial, we are well versed and ready to handle any matter in arbitration.

ADR also involves mediation which is a process that involves settlement negotiations between the parties and their representatives with a professional mediator. We have been involved in a number of mediations and some of the attorneys are in fact certified by the AAA as professional mediators. -Top-
