About Us

We are a law firm located in Johns Creek, Georgia (formerly Duluth). We handle personal injury, business litigation and business transactions along with commercial real estate. We also represent a number of Franchisors in developing franchises.

With over one billion dollars in litigation experience and the  firm's experience in multi-million dollar litigation gives us the ability to offer litigation service to our clients in all areas of litigation.  We represent people and look to our client's best interests. We are well equipped and experienced to take cases through the entire process of trial and appeal where necessary, including handling cases in other states and districts. We offer representation in personal legal areas that compliment our full service business practice.  Estate and tax planning is necessary for any business person thinking of the future.  To be effective in litigation, we maintain a full personal injury, professional responsibility, and product liability practice.

Our Goals:  We desire to develop client relationships that last from start-up and expansion to planning for future growth and retirement.  Importance is placed upon providing full business services that consider the needs of the clients in maintaining the  desired growth and complete assistance during economic downward trends.

We desire to represent people when they need us the most. We want to understand the client's needs so that we can prepare a course of action to obtain those needs. Our logo that we represent people and make a difference when it counts the most is very sincere.

Our  Target:  While we represent numerous large clients, we welcome start-up and existing entrepreneurs seeking to expand or in need of assistance.  We handle all affairs of our clients on  a national basis and regional affairs for national and international clients.

People who need our trial experience and understanding.

When people are injured, whether through physical injury or economic injury, or even killed, they have their friends and family. They need legal support and, rest assured, those at fault have big business, big government, insurance companies and large law firms behind them. What is an individual to do to obtain justice when such occurs?

It is the plaintiff's lawyer's responsibility to be the warrior for people. The plaintiff's lawyer is the great equalizer in seeking justice. Justice does not mean total annihilation of an entity, but justice means fairness and equity. In our society, justice most of the times in the courts equates to money. After all, it is the only thing that we can do to compensate for harm done. We cannot turn back the clocks. We cannot grow back limbs. We cannot bring people from the dead and we cannot come up with some miraculous cures. All we can do is provide money.

This goes to the very heart of corporate greed, big business, insurance companies and big government. While our country is great, it is built around the system of economics and greed. While capitalism may be a tremendous driving force for economic potential and prosperity, it is also a forum to run over the downtrodden and take advantage of those in need. That is when justice works its best and that is when a true lawyer arises to the occasion.

Plaintiff's lawyers have been the central reason our society, cars and all products to be safer, for hospitals and the medical profession to be more careful and for governments to stand down. It is those Plaintiff's lawyers who carry the sword for our civil liberties and freedom and protection that we hold so dearly in this country.

"Quality in the practice of law is based upon the ability to listen, to be innovative and to be able to find solutions."

A true lawyer cares about his clients and cares about justice. Top
